The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our EMEA team and lead growth across the Scandinavian market. Based in London (hybrid working available), this is a strategic, client-facing role where you will be responsible for building deep relationships, delivering compelling demos, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Protecht.ERM across the Scandinavian region.
- Deliver persuasive platform demos, showcasing core features, use cases, and customer benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong network with senior stakeholders including Board-level, and C-suite.
- Represent Protecht at external events such as trade shows, conferences online webinars and industry events.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in GRC, risk, compliance, or related enterprise tech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce and HubSpot).
- Ability to build and nurture senior-level relationships .
- Highly self-motivated, commercially savvy, and adaptable in a fast-growth environment.
- Passion for helping customers solve complex problems through smart technology.
