A little bit about our role:

Due to growth, we have a new role for an ERM Advisor to join our team at Protecht! You are tech-savvy and love to apply your analytical and problem-solving skills. You are passionate about risk and compliance management. You are a people person - someone that gets the best from those around them. You are keen on finding successful outcomes for customers. This role will see you deliver advisory services to existing Protecht.ERM clients. These services include system enhancements, stakeholder engagement and growing trusted client relationships. In addition to this, you will focus on continuing to improve our practices and processes, enhancing existing client Protecht.ERM systems, supporting stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong client relationships.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

 
  • Work across teams to support Protecht.ERM client implementation & provide interactive dashboards and reports based on client requirements.
  • Build forms and workflow rules in Protecht.ERM.
  • Help design and implement improvements to clients’ configurations of Protecht.ERM.
  • Deliver Protecht.ERM training and facilitate client workshops.
  • Provide supporting documentation for the implemented solutions.

Our ideal ERM Advisor candidate has:

 
  • Demonstrated experience in Risk Management, WHS, Business Continuity, Audit or Technology Based Solutions.
  • An interest in technology-based solutions / SaaS.
  • Existing Project Management & analytical skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve.
  • Outstanding communication and external stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements or willingness to learn.
  • Flexible, collaborative approach to working with broad cross-functional teams.
Extra Points:

We would love to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Protecht Super user, Protecht Administrator, or have been an Administrator of another GRC platform.
