Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Business Analyst to join our Implementation Team. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between our customer's business needs and our technical delivery capabilities—ensuring smooth, successful deployments of our Protecht ERM platform.
Here are some of your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to gather and document business requirements, workflows, and objectives.
- Translate customer needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development and configuration teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Development, Analytics, Support) to ensure solution alignment and readiness.
- Assist in designing and configuring customer-specific configurations and customisations during the implementation process.
- Support testing efforts, including functional testing and UAT, to validate solutions meet business needs.
- Develop customer-facing documentation including solution overviews, process maps, testing documentation and user guides.
- Participate in customer workshops, training sessions, and go-live support activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or software implementation environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or GRC platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software systems and integrations
