The role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Campaigns & Content to define and execute Protecht’s global content and campaign strategy, supporting demand generation, pipeline growth and sales enablement.
This role owns the editorial strategy, thought leadership program and global content calendar, and plays a key role in campaign planning, ensuring campaigns are clearly defined, well-structured and aligned across content, demand and regional teams.

About you
You bring strong B2B SaaS experience across content and campaign strategy, and understand how to translate business priorities into high-impact campaigns and content that drive pipeline.
You’re comfortable working with complex topics, senior stakeholders and high expectations, and you’re ready to take ownership of both content and campaign planning in a business that’s scaling fast.


What you’ll be doing
You will act as a player-coach, leading the global content function and managing the Content Marketing Manager to produce high quality content and campaigns that strengthen brand authority, drive engagement and support revenue growth.

Campaign strategy & planning
  • Lead the development of campaign themes, objectives and priorities aligned to pipeline targets and business goals
  • Develop campaign briefs including audience, messaging, timelines and required assets
  • Determine the appropriate campaign delivery model, including centrally executed global campaigns and campaigns enabled through toolkits for regional activation
  • Develop campaign toolkits for regional teams, including messaging frameworks, content assets and activation guidance
  • Partner with regional marketing leads to ensure campaigns are effectively localised and executed in market
  • Work closely with demand generation to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and optimised across channels
Content strategy & planning
  • Develop and own the global content marketing strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
  • Define and manage the global editorial strategy and content calendar aligned to campaign priorities
  • Identify content themes aligned to campaigns, industry trends and customer needs
  • Ensure content supports pipeline generation, customer engagement and brand authority
Thought leadership & content programs
  • Lead development of thought leadership content that strengthens Protecht’s market authority
  • Oversee production of long form assets such as reports, guides and whitepapers
  • Develop customer stories and case studies that support marketing and sales efforts

SEO & digital content
  • Partner with demand generation to develop content that improves search visibility across the website and AI-driven discovery channels
  • Ensure content is optimised for performance, discoverability and engagement

You will be a great fit if you have:
  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign strategy or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong experience developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex topics
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and how content and campaigns contribute to pipeline growth
  • Experience developing thought leadership and long form content
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital content performance
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience working across demand generation, regional marketing and product teams
  • Ability to lead agency relationships and in-house teams to deliver high-quality content and campaign assets
  • Experience working in global B2B marketing teams
  • Experience leading a small team
