About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing long-term relationships with our valued customers. You’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment in the Protecht ERM platform.
This is a consultative role focused on relationship-building, retention, and growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers mature their risk frameworks while identifying opportunities to expand Protecht’s footprint within each account.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing long-term relationships with our valued customers. You’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment in the Protecht ERM platform.
This is a consultative role focused on relationship-building, retention, and growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers mature their risk frameworks while identifying opportunities to expand Protecht’s footprint within each account.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as their key point of contact.
- Drive growth by understanding business needs, conducting regular health checks, and delivering quarterly business reviews.
- Identify and convert opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across your portfolio.
- Present, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to key stakeholders, including Risk and Compliance teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Advisory, Product, Support, DevOps, Marketing, and Sales to resolve issues and enhance customer outcomes.
- Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations.
- Respond to RFPs, create statements of work, and develop customer proposals.
- Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain accurate account records and pipeline opportunities in Salesforce CRM.

You will be a great fit if you have:
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or professional services environment.
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, Risk, IT, or a related field.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and an ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce CRM, and project tools like Trello.
- Experience with Protecht ERM or another GRC system is a strong advantage.
