This busy, hands on role is accountable for developing, operationalising, and scaling channel sales partnerships that drive new logo acquisition and pipeline development
The successful candidate will combine strong enterprise sales capability with deep experience building and executing channel sales strategies within a SaaS environment.
About the Role
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through indirect sales channels while designing, developing and executing a scalable channel strategy to accelerate growth, extend market reach, and deliver consistent pipeline and revenue contribution.
The role sits at the intersection of sales, channel strategy, partnerships, and commercial execution, requiring a leader who can both build strategy and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a channel sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
Drive revenue through indirect sales channels, including resellers, consulting partners, and alliances.
Identify, enable, and manage channel partners to generate pipeline and close new business.
Identify and cultivate relationships with high value technology partners to expand our partnership network.
Build and manage executive level relationships within Big Four firms, global consulting organisations, and senior IT vendors.
Lead the development and negotiation of partnership agreements.
You’ll be a great fit if you can show:
Proven success in a Channel Sales Manager / Partner Sales / Alliances Sales role.
Strong experience driving revenue through indirect and partner led sales models.
Understanding of risk and compliance and/or business continuity, crisis management and incident management would be highly regarded.
Previous experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within a GRC or Cyber Security environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring win-win partner agreements.
Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and multi stakeholder buying processes.
International business exposure, including cross border commercial negotiations and global account coordination.
Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) or Cyber Security technologies highly regarded.
You are a people person and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders.
Outstanding proactive communication and stakeholder management experience.
You are a self starter capable of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too!
Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within:
Big Four consulting firms.
Global systems integrators.
